1: DTF FULL-COLOR TRANSFERS

This process is done one shirt at a time by heat-pressing a design transfer sheet onto the garment.

We can apply any unlicensed design or photo in full color on a variety of light and dark apparel.

These typically run $20-$30 per shirt.

2: SCREEN printing

This process is done several shirts at a time in our screen printing production facility.

We separate each ink color on its own printing screen and use plastisol inks to produce a bright & vibrant print.

We use vector art to create the color separations with Adobe Illustrator.

If you have an art file you'd like to use, email it to us! Otherwise, our art department help you design your vision.

Most types of materials are printable!

These typically run $10-$15 per shirt.

We request a 12-piece minimum order for this process but will negotiate smaller quantities.

Price breaks are available for larger runs.

3: EMBROIDERY

This process is done one with one or more garments at a time in our embroidery room.

Digitizing is required for most designs, the price for this is based on the number of stitches required.

Embroidery typically adds $12-$15 to each garment price, with a digitizing fee of $35-$50 per design.

Great choices for embroidery include hats, polos, jackets, bags, and blankets!

4: SPECIALTY AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

We can custom order almost any item you can think of!

Leather patches, sublimated jerseys, pens, glasses, beach towels, mouse pads...you name it!

Most items will have a minimum order requirement and shipping costs may be added to your order.  

Plan ahead, as many items will have a 3+ week turnaround.
